Pyramex Safety Hard Hat with Vented Cap Style

Constructed with ABS material, Pyramex Ridgeline Hard Hats offer a strong and lightweight fit. The ratchet suspension is easily adjustable, allowing for on-the-go modification of the fit. Additionally, the 4 point ratchet suspension can be upgraded to the 6 point ratchet suspension (HPR461) which is available for purchase separately. The sweatband, comprised of padded fabric and polyurethane foam, is replaceable for added convenience.

Ridgeline hard hats have successfully passed reverse orientation, HT high temperature, and LT low temperature ratings. The hi-vis colors available have undergone rigorous testing for the HV marking. Non-vented head protection meets ANSI Z89.1, Type 1, Class E, G, and C standards. On the other hand, vented head protection meets ANSI Z89.1, Type 1, and Class C requirements. The hi-vis colors have also been tested and approved for the "HV" mark.

In terms of international standards, certain options comply with Canadian CSA Z94.1 -2015, meeting Type 1, Class E, G, and C standards with SEI third-party certification. Vented head protection continues to adhere to ANSI Z89.1, Type 1, and Class C guidelines. Hi-vis colors remain in compliance with the “HV” mark after undergoing thorough testing. Some variations of the hard hats also meet Canadian CSA Z94.1 -2015 standards with Type 1, Class E, G, and C classifications along with SEI third-party certification.
